You know...I really, REALLY want to be upset at the pastor's bigotry regarding the whole 'Mormonism is a cult' thing...but really, ISN'T it? It WAS founded by a convicted confidence man and based around verifiably FALSE 'historical events' and a proven track record of racism, misogyny, and homophobia that glorifies the members as future gods and demonizes the outsider, ISN'T Mormonism as much of a cult as, say, Scientology? Would anyone be cool with a Scientologist presidential candidate?

I guess what I mean is...at what point do we ignore reality to decry bigotry? Obviously the attack on Romney's faith to score political points is despicable, but it really 'bigotry' when it's stating a fact? Isn't bigotry based on unfair and/or false accusations?
