'AFA spokesman: Deny gay parents custody of their children' and other Tuesday midday news briefs

One has to ask will the following thoughts by Bryan Fischer of the American Family Association  about gay households with children be repeated by other members of the religious right (i.e. Maggie Gallagher, Linda Harvey, Tony Perkins, etc.):

Fischer: Gay Biological Parents Should be Denied Custody and Only Allowed Supervised Visits

I love the implications that 1.) All gay people (a tenuous beginning to any assertation) are child molesters and 2.) No straight parent has ever molested a child. Likewise, wouldn't a little GIRL technically be SAFER in a gay household? That seems to be overlooked here...

I don't see the Walker-NOM connection, so I think Ms Spaulding is wrong to tie him with NOM. Mr. Walker doesn't care if marriage equality legislation passes as it's not worth the bother to fight it. So, while he personally opposes same-sex marriage, he reluctantly condones marriage equality...very unlike NOM.

Pam was asking as hypothetical question based on Walker's comments. I hope no one misunderstood and thought that NOM and Walker was teaming up.
