We already lost all right to be served in Indiana. We kind of already didn't but it was codified in law a couple of weeks ago.

Re 6th Circuit Judge Jeffrey Sutton: Still, he wrote that [marriage equality] should be a decision left up not to the courts, but to the democracy -- "as fellow citizens seeking to resolve a new social issue in a fair-minded way."
Using majority rule as a basis for legislating injustice upon fellow citizens is not "democracy," it’s the perversion of it, and keeping tyranny of the majority in check is a central function of our judiciary you idiot.
