The faux bathroom fear was a way to ensure the bill would sweep through unopposed, and the terrible truth of the bill is that it removes other rights, in addition to civil rights:<br />- If ANYONE experiences discrimination at work, they can no longer sue in court.<br />- If you go through that process and prevail, I think damages may be capped.<br />- No local government can set its own minimum wage, which turns income inequality into law.<br />- Employees can be required to work as many hours as required by management without legal breaks<br />- The list goes on.<br /><br />For people who think "I"m not trans, this doesn't affect me personally," they're wrong.
