I'm absolutely sick and tired of the religious right harping on procreation as if it's the only thing that validates a marriage!! Marriage is about nothing more and nothing less than the love and commitment of two people to one another. End of story. There are far too many children born to tragically loveless marriages for the procreation argument to hold water. And yet, by FRC's logic, that would be preferable to two men raising a surrogate child in an atmosphere of love??
