Lonnie Frisbee was a noted evangelist and a huge leader in the Jesus Movement which mixed with hippie counterculture in the late 60s and early 70s. He was also a gay man who probably never came to grips with his God-given sexual orientation even until the day he died. He was truly a conundrum.

It never ceases to amaze me. Instead of logical arguments as to why gays shouldn't be allowed the marry, the National Organization for Marriage puts out insulting graphics like the one below. I fail to see how gays and lesbians wanting to protect their loved ones and families causes this to happen. It's just NOM hurting itself by proving our argument that its opposition to marriage equality is fueled by simple, old-fashioned anti-gay animus:
