It is nothing more than the "slippery slope" argument that has gone nowhere. <br /><br />To say that religion has not influenced any of our laws would be either ignorant or a lie. Look at some of the "Blue Laws" still on the books in many states. <br /><br />It boggles the mind to see this man Cherry-picking his oath of office and attempting to back this up by citing the Bible and religion. He chooses not to see that declaring Biblical law is against the Federal Constitution he vowed to uphold. (Which trumps what may be instituted in his state.) <br /><br />The only way Mr. Moore and others can declare Biblical law is for the Federal Government to first declare their religion as the legal base in this country.
