And the reasonings behind it are equally inane. "Because every child deserves a mother and a father"? Every child deserves a loving home and that doesn't necessarily encompass having a mother and father in the home.

But...but...but...I thought government was the PROBLEM!!! Don't we want government staying out of our lives, out of our children's lives (i.e. education), out of the lives of law-abiding, God-fearing Americans (i.e. 2nd amendment, which is apparently much, much more holy than the 1st -- is this some numerology-type thing??), so that induhviduals, especially those with lots of money who vote Republican, can trickle it on down to the humble common folk, who are completely misunderstood by the Beltway Elites?
...or was I out sick the day they covered that?
