If you haven't already done so, you really should read the entire piece by Scott Lively. I think that it is by far the most deranged piece on DADT that I have read. First, repealing DADT will lead to the collapse of recruiting, followed by the draft. After that, Lively says:
"Whether or not a segregated service was initiated, a homosexual subculture of servicemen would form, characterized by intense internal loyalty and political ambition. Eventually, this “army within an army,” buoyed by pro-homosexual “affirmative action,” and the ability to act covertly (due to the fact that some would remain “closeted“) would come to dominate the services. What would they do with such power?"
There you have it. Repeal of DADT will lead to the gays taking over the armed forces of the United States, and with that force at their disposal, perhaps the entire world.
