Bryan Fischer is not happy with the Boy Scouts
Bryan Fischer
Of course not everyone is happy that the Boy Scouts removed the ban on gay youth. The following tweet is from Bryan Fischer of the American Family Association
In my opinion, this is worse. Now we have gay boys who will be subject to straight leaders, and now ONLY straight leaders, who have already shown us that they don't approve of gays. I have no trouble whatsoever imagining at least some of them attempting to "cure" the "poor misguided gay kids". Who is there to protect the gay kids from the straights? No one, now. If I had a gay son, I wouldn't let him join at this point. But then, maybe that was the BSA's hope all along.
So now every single time some GOP political figure goes on Bryan Fischer’s radio program someone in the media should be asking that political figure why they are spending time with someone who called the Boy scouts the “Boy Sodomizers of America.”
Oh and considering the AFA and affiliated group’s complaints about “decency in the media” I’m sure we will see them ask Fischer to retract that statement…I won’t hold my breath.
